Deliveries

Delivery Times:

Stock items are despatched by carrier, usually on a next working day service (subject to stock levels and orders being placed before 1pm)

Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Eire orders will be despatched on a 2-3 day service. Orders are normally delivered between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm and require a signature.

If you do not wish to incur a delivery charge we are happy for you to collect your goods from our Worcester warehouse. (24 hours notice required) Unit A, Perrywood Trading Park,Wylds Lane, Worcester,WR5 1DZ

Customers within the EU are able to purchase from us, we can arrange delivery and we will advise prior to despatch, or you may collect from our Worcester warehouse.

Our pricing structure for delivery is as follows:-
£10.95 for the first 25kgs, £12.95up to 50kgs, £16.95 above 50kgs.
Lightweight bulky items may incur additional delivery costs. For example, Bubble Wrap, Loose Fill and Corregated Rolls - we will advise prior to despatch.

During the checkout process you may choose the delivery option required and your exact shipping costs will be calculated prior to confirming the order.
All orders leave our warehouse in good condition and are double checked before before being packed. If your order has any item missing or is damaged you must telephone us within 7 days of receiving it.

If your order is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong product you may return it to us (at your cost) and we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only upon receipt of the items. The items need to be in a re-saleable condition in order to be refunded.
