Recycling Bins

New Legislation on Waste Management is coming.....

Business with more than 10 full-time employees will be legally required to separate "recycling relevant waste".

The change in waste segregation affects all workplaces, including hospitality, catering, care homes, health facilities, education and all businesses.

Any establishment with more than 10 full-time employees must adhere to this new law and provide waste recycling into 3 streams.

Employees will become eligible for separating all waste before collection.

MINIMUM 3 categories for all your waste:-
MIXED DRY RECYCLING (cardboard, tins, paper, etc)
FOOD
GENERAL (all other waste)

This becomes law in England from 31st March 2025.
